Description: Using your own bodyweight as resistance, Power and Grace (The Studio’s Barre format) targets the muscles in your arms, legs, a$$ and abs to the point of BURN BABY BURN and then moves into a larger movement to relieve the burn and stretch it out. Our format includes muscle-defining arm exercises, intense T&A (thighs and a$$) sequences, core strengthening ab moves, and fluid stretches. Power and Grace will challenge you in a high intensity, low-impact workout that is for any fitness level.  No shoes, mat, and water recommended.
