My fitness journey began in my college years at MSU. I was a Sugar Bear and had a part time job as an aerobics instructor at Plaster Sports Complex. After I got married and had kids, I started to run….a lot! After quite a few 5k, 10k, half marathons and a full marathon, I was looking for something that wasn’t so hard on my body. That’s when I was introduced to Bootcamp in 2006, and I have been instructing ever since then. I love variety and Bootcamp gave me all of that and more! I got certified as a sports conditioning specialist and a nutrition and wellness consultant that same year, and my interests just kept growing! Through the years, I have become certified in PiYo, Insanity, Spin, Group Exercise and I even taught TRX for a few months. I pride myself in offering challenging classes, so my clients can feel like they have gotten the best all around workout in the hour they spend with me! I truly feel I have the most rewarding job in the world, and I will continue to offer my services as long as my body will allow me!
