HIIT FIT is 45 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT). HIIT FIT utilizes the proven theory that bursts of high intensity cardio intermingled with short periods of active recovery push your body into an elevated metabolic state and allow you to remain there up to 36 hours even after the workout is completed (the “afterburn” effect). HIIT training not only helps performance, it also improves the ability of the muscles to burn fat at rest creating an extremely effective and efficient way to workout. The format of each class varies so you never get bored. You will need a mat, water, and tennis shoes.
