For strength and toning we recommend BUTI, Hot Body Barre, and Power Sculpt

BUTI Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal toning. This all-in-one workout tones and sculpts the entire body while facilitating complete inner transformation. BUTI yoga works to clear away stuck energy and revitalize the body to allow each participant to shift their perception of the world around them. BUTI uses the unique Spiral Structure Technique™ to work the muscles of the core in a way that ensures maximum core strengthening, tone, look, and injury prevention. Most classes are gently heated up to 80 degrees. You will need a mat and water (yoga towel optional, but you will get sweaty!). No shoes needed.

Hot Body Barre makes you forget boring barre classes with a background beat track! Set to your favorite tunes, our 60-minute HOT Body Barre class will firm, tighten and tone your entire body without adding bulk. Using high repetitions and small movements, this dance and yoga inspired class works the muscles to full exhaustion. HBB helps to create balance, posture, body awareness, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance without the use of high impact movements. It is the perfect class for someone looking to tone from head to toe. You will need a mat and water. No tennis shoes needed.

Power Sculpt is the ultimate full body workout that uses light to moderate weights and high repetitions to create long, lean, powerful muscles. This class will not only turn you into a lean muscle machine, it will also improve your cardiovascular endurance. Throughout the workout, explosive intervals will spike your heart rate to maximize results as you burn more fat, improve bone density, and maintain a healthy heart. Like other classes offered at The Studio, this class includes encouragement, motivation, and great music. Leave feeling stronger and empowered to be the best version of you! You will need a mat, water, and tennis shoes.
