inFLOWred is a Vinyasa yoga class that is often faster paced than traditional hatha yoga. The asanas (postures) are linked together in a series of movements that are synchronized with the breath creating a beautiful, dance-like practice. The continual movements, from one pose to another, gives you an added cardiovascular benefit, which more traditional forms of yoga do not offer. The routine practice of Vinyasa yoga will increase muscular strength, endurance and flexibility, along with the added benefit of reduced levels of stress and a greater awareness of the self. You will need a mat and water. No tennis shoes needed. *inFLOWred classes are taught in a gently heated environment up to 90 degrees. This class is heated with the use of infrared therapy lighting.
